Allow 2 quarts of water per lobster. Add 2 T. salt per quart. Bring water to a rolling boil before adding the lobsters. Cover and begin timing when water returns to a boil.

Add 2" seawater or salted water to the bottom of the pot. Cover and bring to a boil. Add lobsters and begin timing from when the water returns to a boil.

Place the lobster in a resealable 1 gallon plastic bag. Add a little sea water or salted water.
